The spring inshore bite has been hot lately. We have spent a couple afternoons catching slot reds and some flounder. Yesterday, we ventured towards Bald Head to try for a Cobia. They should be starting to turn on about now. We hooked into two but could not get them to the boat. To kill the time we shark fished for about an hour catching a couple sharks, with the biggest being about a 60 pound BlackTip. Friday we are headed to the stream of the weather is still nice.
